In fact,manufacturers of PCBs expected the hot season in the third quarter of this  year, but because of weak demand in Europe and America,the unexpected buying situation in the mainland, recently many manufacturers of motherboard have reduced orders of printed circuit board (PCB) and other components,it is said the big factory of motherboards in Taiwan which had high sales performance in the second quarter had reduced orders of PCBs in July and August, the percentage is about nearly 3%, this is unexpected for many PCB partners.
It is said by parts makers as the demand of motherboard is rather weak in not busy season,accordingly,this also affects the performance of electronic components, as a result,that the PCB is rising in price is impossible,it is probably difficult to see significant growth in third quarter.
Europe and America have rather weak demand for PCBs, although demand from Brazil,mainland as well as  other emerging markets is increasing, but it is still not enough to compensate for the amendment in mature markets in Europe and America, motherboard makers said they had quite looked forward to emerging demand in 4 to 6 cities in the mainland which can lead the positive effects in the third quarter, however, as the demand in 1,2-class city is reduced,it is expected that the annual growth rate of the mainland in China is about 5 to 10%, decline in demand in Europe and America can not fully compensate for the dilemma.
